What are your terms and conditions?

  • Browse the equipment online then BOOK ONLINE or CALL our office with your list. We can book items as soon as TODAY or as far ahead as you require. (For orders less than 2 days away please call our office on 0414 783 455 or 4721 2512
  • FREE DELIVERY & PICK UP from Townsville Accommodation or Townsville Airport.
  • Low Delivery Rates to other Townsville suburbs or you may collect from us in Townsville.
  • We DELIVER 7 DAYS A WEEK and will work with you to make suitable delivery and pick up arrangements.
  • HOTEL deliveries – We assure DELIVERY BY 2pm to reception and gear must be returned to RECEPTION BY 10am at the end of the hire period unless by prior agreement. Fees apply for Late Pick Up requests.
  • Pay the HIRE TOTAL plus BOND in advance by Mastercard, Visa or direct deposit. Your Bond is refunded to your card on the day after return.


If your delivery is in less than 2 days away unfortunately you won’t be able to order online, just call our office directly on (07) 4721 2512 or 0414 783 455.

For your convenience we accept Visa and Mastercard.

To qualify for FREE delivery:

  1. We ASSURE DELIVERY to your accommodation by 2pm and equipment MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP BY 10am. Delivery requirements outside of these times incur a delivery fee or require an extra days hire.
  2. Minimum order of $25.
  3. 1 days notice is required when placing an order to receive FREE delivery. Orders placed the same day may incur a small delivery fee.
  4. To have deliveries made the same day in the Free Delivery area and/or outside of standard delivery hours fees may apply.

Outside of CBD area (Minimum hire order $25.00)

$20.00 DELIVERY AREAS (Includes Delivery & Pick Up):
North Shore/Bohle – Bushland Beach, Cluden – Alligator Creek, Kelso or Rangewood/Rupertswood. (Minimum hire order $40.00)

CUSTOMER PICK UP from Showroom location: 209 Ingham Road, West End/ Townsville.

We’re trained restraint professionals (ACRI) and (Kidsafe Qld) and provide a fitting service for our own hired car seats. This means we have been trained specifically by the Nation’s only specialist baby restraint body in both fitment, and customer education of Baby Restraints.

They provide support to all their accredited fitters so you can have peace of mind knowing that we have the best training possible to keep your baby safe….

We offer fitment of your own car seat/baby capsule so you can transport your little bundle with confidence. Prices for baby restraint fitment are as follows:

Restraint fitting service “ You come to us” $30 We come to you $35

Extensions seatbelts and other peripherals where required are extra

Our equipment complies with the Australian / New Zealand standard AS/NZS 1754 child restraint for use in motor vehicles. This standard is one of the most stringent child restraint standards in the world, so restraints manufactured to this standard and properly installed offer excellent protection in a crash.

We pride ourselves on supplying high quality equipment in good condition. And we thoroughly clean and disinfect all the equipment after every use. We only have items that we would use ourselves so you can be 100% confident that we hire out safe, Australian Standard equipment and we do not compromise on style!

We know things can change, so if you provide us with more than 48 hours notice of a cancellation before the hire commencement date, we will give you a 100% refund via the same method you paid us. If it’s less than 48 hours notice we’ll give you 50% refund on the hired equipment and fully refund your delivery charge (if applicable). Unfortunately, if a product is returned early, there is no refund. We are committed to our products and services. Contact us directly via telephone if you would like to discuss a refund.

Do you have special pricing for long term hire?

Yes…For your convenience we can tailor the rental to suit your needs. We understand the needs of our military families being relocated and requiring long term hire whilst their furniture arrives or the visiting friends and relatives holidaying in Townsville and surrounding areas. We also tailor packages for new Mums and Dad’s to be.

What payment options are available?

Payment options include cash, Paypal, direct debit, credit card. We require a $30 bond (for your hire), which is fully refundable upon the return of all the items hired.

Is your equipment cleaned between each rental?

Bubs2Bratz Nursery Hire undergoes a thorough cleaning and sanitizing process of all items, after each rental. We understand the needs of your precious little ones skin so chemical free cleaning products are use. We also perform a detailed check of the equipment to ensure everything is in working and safe order. All our products are covered by Australian/NZ Standards. Each item is washed, treated, inspected, maintained, and bagged and sealed at the end of each hire keeping them free from dust and in the highest possible standard. “Smoke Free environment” All items will be written off our inventory when deemed as no longer in “as new” or near new condition.

Every single item we stock is an item that we personally endorse either through our own experience or the experiences of those around us.
